I’m so glad you are here. By utilizing skills from IFS (Internal Family Systems) as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) I hope we can stabilize your nervous system and bring your body back to a peaceful center. Couples - we will use the Gottman Method of communication and conflict management to build new relationship skills that build bridges of understanding and love.
